Dark and White Chocolate Pudding with Marshmallows


150 gms dark chocolate chips
100 gms white chocolate chips plus extra 25 gms to add to the pudding (not melted) and some more to decorate
200 gms chocolate flavoured marshmallows 
50 gms butter (at room temperature)
5 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
300 ml cream

Melt the dark and white chocolate chips, marshmallows, butter together in a saucepan over medium heat with the water. 

Keep stirring till the chocolate has completely melted with the butter, but the marshmallows should still be in shape, just a little melted. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.

Whip the cream till stiff peaks have formed, then mix in the chocolate mixture and add the extra 25 gms of white chocolate chips .

Pour in your desired cups or glasses, you should get 6 to 8 portions.

Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours. Serve chilled and sprinkle the top with few white chocolate chips.
