150 grams dark chocolate chips
110 grams unsalted butter cut into cubes
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
100 grams caster sugar
110 light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs (room temperature)
100 grams all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
25gms white chocolate chips
25gms dark chocolate chips
50gms crushed roasted walnuts
Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
Butter an 8inch square pan and place a parchment paper at the bottom.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl placed over a pan of simmering water.

Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and sugar, then whisk
in one egg at a time.
Then sieve the dry ingredients (cocoa powder, flour, salt)
into the wet mixture.
Fold in everything gently to mix well adding the
chocolate chips & nuts.
Pour into the baking tray bake for 20-25 minutes.
Before taking them out check the centre with a skewer, it
should be a bit under-done and the skewer should have some crumbs sticking to
it.
Once done, let it cool and cut pieces as per your desired
size. You should get 12 to 18 pieces out of it depending on how big or small
you cut it.
