8 chicken drumsticks scored with skin on
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon grain mustard
1 teaspoon worchestire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon honey
4 large cloves of garlic roughly chopped
Freshly crushed black pepper (to taste)
Sea salt (to taste)
1 and a half tablespoon regular olive oil
Mix everything together and leave in fridge overnight.
Preheat oven to 190 Deg C.
Place the chicken along with all the marination in a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 20 mnts and then turn the temp low to 170 deg C and cook further for another 40 minutes till the meat is tender & skin appears brown. (while it cooks keep basting the chicken pieces with its juices a few times).
